Key Qualifications:

Responsibilities:

Deliver specialized reading instruction to a caseload of 27 students at various grade levels (K-12) Assess student needs and create customized intervention strategies Work collaboratively with classroom teachers to integrate reading support into broader curricula Monitor student progress, maintaining detailed records and adjusting strategies as needed Communicate regularly with families regarding student growth and recommendations Participate in IEP/504 meetings when applicable
