Boston Speech Therapy is looking for a reading specialist to join our team for a part-time in-person position. In this role, you will provide individualized support to students facing challenges with reading and literacy. Your expertise will help foster strong reading skills and promote a love for learning.

This part-time position pays $80 to 85 per hour.
Responsibilities:
Administer assessments to evaluate students' reading levels and identify specific needsDevelop and implement tailored instructional plans that address individual student challengesProvide one-on-one or small group reading instruction focusing on fluency, comprehension, and phonicsEmploy a range of evidence-based teaching strategies and materials to enhance learningCollaborate with teachers, parents, and specialists to monitor progress and modify instruction as necessaryKeep detailed records of student progress and assessment results
