We are looking for a teacher who can explain reading and writing concepts clearly, engage elementary students, and effectively manage both small-group and classroom settings. Instructional materials and curriculum support are provided based on the class format.

What We're Looking For:

Prior teaching experience in a school or classroom setting Experience teaching Grades 3-5 English Language Arts, reading, or writing Strong classroom management skills Ability to teach reading comprehension, vocabulary, grammar, and writing clearly and effectively Able to help students develop ideas, organize their writing, and improve paragraph and essay structure Comfortable teaching classes of approximately 4-12 students Patient, engaging, organized, and able to keep elementary students focused Able to use provided materials and curriculum effectively while adapting instruction to students' needs Reliable Saturday availability

Preferred Qualifications:

Current or former elementary school teacher Teaching credential or education-related degree Experience teaching ELA, reading comprehension, or academic writing

Pay:

$25.00 - $40.00 per hour Expected hours: 5.0 - 20.0 per week
