NOCCCD is now accepting applications for an Adjunct Physics/Astronomy Instructor at Cypress College! Physics courses to teach may include: Physics 130, 201, 202 ,210, 211, 221, 222, 223. Astronomy courses to teach may include:Lecture:

Master's in physics, astronomy or astrophysics OR Bachelor's in physics or astronomy AND Master's in engineering, mathematics, meteorology or geophysics OR Possess a valid California teaching credential authorizing service in a community college in the appropriate subject matter area OR The equivalent. Equivalent qualifications may include related education, training, employment and professional experience that would be equal to the required degree(s) and experience in this field as determined by the District Equivalency Committee. Recent experience teaching lab-based physics courses within the last 5 years- either college, TA, or high school.
