Job Title:
Educator We are a non-profit organization looking for amazing educators. We provide educational services to families that have decided to go the homeschool route. We are a new company, and I am looking for individuals who want to grow with our organization. I am growing a team that will be doing something wonderful within our community.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that align with christian curriculum standards and educational goals
  • Create a positive and engaging learning environment for students
  • Deliver instruction to students using a variety of teaching methods and techniques
  • Assess student progress and provide feedback on their academic performance
  • Collaborate with other educators and staff to support student learning and development
  • Communicate regularly with parents or guardians to provide updates on student progress
  • Participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge
Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of subject matter and curriculum standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of students
  • Effective classroom management skills
  • Proficient in using technology for instructional purposes
