We're looking for motivated and energetic Instructors to teach in-person classes in San Pablo, CA. What You'll Do Foster a welcoming, engaging, and supportive classroom where students feel confident exploring new ideas. Maintain punctuality and demonstrate professionalism, organization, and dependability during every session. Teach using Whizara's ready-to-use curriculum—no lesson planning required. Support students as they build and code projects, encouraging creativity, collaboration, and critical thinking. Track student progress, offer positive and constructive feedback, and recognize accomplishments. Work collaboratively with students, school staff, and parents to ensure a rewarding learning experience. Communicate regularly with the Whizara team by sharing updates, insights, and feedback. Independently manage classroom activities with enthusiasm and care. Who We're Looking For Current college students or recent graduates in STEM Education, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Knowledge with one or more programming languages and robotics kits including Python, Java, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, C/C++, Scratch; LEGO robotics, RaspberryPi/Arduino. Strong communication, leadership, and classroom management skills. Comfortable using computers and robotics equipment. Able to effectively engage and interact with students Reliable, self-motivated, and passionate about empowering young learners through STEM.
