Work Year:
185 days The William S. Hart Union High School District is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Classroom Teacher to join our team. The Classroom Teacher will be responsible for developing and implementing lesson plans, providing instruction, assessing student performance, and maintaining a positive and engaging learning environment.
Duties:
Develop and implement lesson plans in accordance with state and district standards Provide instruction to students in a variety of subjects Assess and evaluate student performance, providing feedback to students and parents as necessary Maintain a positive and engaging learning environment that fosters student growth and success Participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching skills and stay current with best practices Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress and attendance
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree Valid California teaching credential in Science EL/CLAD authorization required Demonstrated knowledge of subject matter and effective instructional practices Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively with students, parents, and colleagues Commitment to ongoing professional development and growth
