Full-Time Job Summary EDU-AIDs is seeking a dedicated and passionate Science Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will inspire students to explore and understand the natural world through engaging, standards-based science instruction while fostering critical thinking, problem-solving, and scientific inquiry skills. Key Responsibilities Develop and deliver engaging science lessons aligned with state and district standards. Teach subjects such as Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Earth Science, Environmental Science, or General Science, depending on grade level. Create hands-on laboratory activities and experiments that enhance student learning and engagement. Assess student learning through assignments, quizzes, tests, projects, and laboratory reports. Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners. Utilize instructional technology and data-driven practices to improve student outcomes. Ensure laboratory safety procedures and protocols are followed at all times. Communicate regularly with parents, administrators, and school staff. Participate in school meetings, professional development, and extracurricular activities as required. Prepare lesson plans and maintain accurate student records. Qualifications Valid State Teaching Certification/License in Science. Bachelor's degree in Science, Education, or a related field. Previous teaching experience preferred. Excellent classroom management and communication skills. Ability to analyze student performance data and adjust instruction accordingly. Strong knowledge of science content, scientific methods, and instructional strategies. Experience conducting laboratory experiments and maintaining a safe learning environment is preferred.
