Job Description

Job Overview Are you tired of busy work, endless checklists, scripted lessons, and posting mandated learning goals instead of actually teaching ? Do you have a desire to get the students out of their 4 walls to actually experience the learning in the world? Are you the kind of educator who gets excited about measuring shadows to calculate the height of a tree, testing soil from the neighborhood, or turning geometry into a real-world puzzle worth solving? Do you believe middle schoolers are capable of deep thinking, real science, meaningful math, and a lot of laughter along the way? This role is ideal for a teacher who values high-level academics, curiosity-driven learning, and real-world application, and who enjoys learning alongside students as much as leading them.
