Winter Garden Orlando Dr Phillips Lake Nona/East Orlando Apopka Winter Park Hunters Creek/Meadow Woods Little Medical School (presented by Amazing Athletes - the nation's number one youth enrichment provider!) brings science, medicine, and health education to life for kids through hands-on activities, role play, and fun, age-appropriate lessons. Our instructors lead morning programs with preschoolers and after-school classes with elementary-age students. This is the perfect role for someone who loves working with kids, enjoys science and education, and brings energy, patience, and positivity to every class. If you're excited to help children learn, explore, and feel like real little doctors and veterinarians, we'd love to meet you! Requirements Available during 2pm-4:30pm at least two afternoons per week Mon-Fri (additional morning hours are also available!) Must enjoy working with children and creating a fun, positive learning environment Passion for science, medicine, education, or hands-on learning Comfortable leading small groups of preschool and/or elementary-age children Reliable, energetic, patient, and professional Must be able to follow lesson plans and bring activities to life in an engaging way Must pass a DCF background check and meet all required childcare/school clearance requirements Reliable transportation required

All coaches are required to successfully complete a Department of Children and Families (DCF) background screening as a condition of employment. Paid training and ongoing professional development including pay and reimbursement for CPR and additional certifications/training. Starting Pay (Assistant Instructor during training): $20/hour Instructor Pay (after successful training): $25/hour Performance-based advancement opportunities with pay up to $40/hour .
