The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic and energetic about teaching science . We offer a broad level of support for those new to the profession and a high level of respect for those with experience
Duties:
  • Provide academic advising and support to students
  • Develop and implement instructional materials and lesson plans
  • Conduct research in the field of education
  • Mentor and guide students in their academic and personal growth
  • Utilize behavior management techniques to create a positive learning environment
  • Collaborate with other educators and professionals to develop effective teaching strategies
  • Provide tutoring and additional support to students as needed
  • Utilize instructional design principles to create engaging and effective learning experiences
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Experience in behavior management and academic advising
  • Knowledge (or willingness to learn) of instructional design principles and techniques
  • Strong mentoring and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
