CHILL STAFF
to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will create a welcoming and engaging environment for students, ensuring they feel comfortable, supported, and motivated to learn. Responsibilities Assist with classroom management by maintaining a calm, organized, and positive environment for students during lessons and activities Support teachers in lesson implementation, including curriculum development across various subjects such as math, science, and language arts Engage with students through tutoring sessions, homework help, and extracurricular activities to promote learning and confidence Monitor student behavior and provide mentorship to encourage respectful interactions and emotional well-being Facilitate activities that incorporate learning technology and innovative teaching methods to enhance student engagement Assist with dissection labs, scientific research projects, or laboratory experiments in accordance with safety protocols Collaborate with educators on lesson planning, standardized testing preparation, and educational assessments Skills Strong understanding of educational subjects including algebra, geometry, calculus, trigonometry, discrete math, organic chemistry, biochemistry, molecular biology, genetics, cell biology, microbiology, and differential equations Experience in classroom management and behavior management techniques Proficiency in instructional design, curriculum development, lesson planning, and proofreading educational materials Ability to work effectively with students of diverse backgrounds and learning needs, including special education or Montessori environments Familiarity with learning technology tools and library services to support research and instruction Excellent communication skills for mentoring students and collaborating with educators Previous classroom experience or private school experience preferred; experience in higher education teaching or research laboratory settings is a plus Join us as a
