Duties Design and implement comprehensive physics curricula aligned with educational standards and regulations Deliver engaging classroom lessons utilizing educational technology and IT-integrated teaching tools Develop lesson plans that incorporate diverse learning styles to meet individual student needs Conduct laboratory experiments, dissection activities, and research projects to enhance experiential learning Assess student progress through standardized testing, quizzes, assignments, and project evaluations Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development, instructional strategies, and classroom management techniques Provide academic advising and mentorship to support students' scientific interests and career aspirations Skills Deep knowledge of physics principles including calculus, differential equations, and discrete math Strong understanding of biology topics such as cell biology, genetics, microbiology, biochemistry, molecular biology, organic chemistry, and biochemistry Proficiency in curriculum development, instructional design, and implementing IT-integrated lessons Classroom management skills with experience working with teenagers from diverse cultural backgrounds Excellent communication skills for effective teaching, mentoring, and collaboration with colleagues Laboratory experience with dissection techniques and research laboratory procedures Familiarity with educational technology tools for science instruction and assessment Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and special education needs Experience with high school or middle school science education in private or public school settings Knowledge of standardized testing processes and educational compliance requirements Strong organizational skills for lesson planning, curriculum implementation, and classroom activities Join us in shaping the next generation of scientists by delivering inspiring physics education that sparks curiosity and fosters academic excellence.
