  • Opening is for 2026-27 school year
Responsibilities:
Plan and implement engaging lessons aligned with state standards and school curriculum. Apply knowledge of and implement the Science of Reading framework in daily instruction. Assess, monitor, and document student learning and growth using multiple measures. Differentiate instruction to meet diverse student needs. Follow and implement individual plans for special populations, including IEPs, ILPs, and 504s . Maintain a safe, orderly, and positive classroom environment. Communicate regularly with families regarding student progress and learning goals. Collaborate with colleagues, support staff, and administrators to enhance student achievement. Participate in professional development and support school initiatives such as MTSS and PBIS.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Education or related field. State teaching certification. Strong classroom management and instructional skills. Knowledge of evidence-based literacy practices, particularly the Science of Reading. Ability to effectively implement individualized plans for diverse learners.
