Organization Information Owsley County School District serves approximately 700 students grades Pre-Kindergarten through Twelfth Grade and consists of two schools: Owsley County Elementary (which houses students in Head Start through 5th grade) and Owsley County High School (which houses students in grades 6-12). The district has one Family Resource Center and one Youth Services Center that work to meet the needs of our students and families. Owsley County Schools work collaboratively for continuous improvement in their efforts to enhance and expand the educational learning opportunities available for all students. Owsley County School District has a district-wide communication plan focused on engaging the community in our educational goals.
