Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team! Ideal candidate is reliable, dependable, takes pride in their work, and can work independently Duties Complete routine maintenance repairs and preventative maintenance Perform apartment turnovers, including trash removal, painting, cleaning, appliance cleaning, minor repairs, and preparing units for new tenants Conduct routine property and apartment inspections Maintain the appearance of the property by sweeping sidewalks, picking up litter, and keeping grounds clean, Assist with landscaping and seasonal property maintenance Complete work orders assigned by Site Manager and any other tasks assigned
