To Be Determined Job Description Our Lady's Academy, a Catholic school located in Waltham, is seeking a Middle School Science Teacher that is a highly qualified and skilled professional who is responsible for educating students in the field of science. He or she will work with students in grades 6-8 to develop a deeper understanding and appreciation of the natural world around them. This includes teaching them about the fundamental concepts of science, such as biology, chemistry, physics, and earth science. A Middle School Science Teacher is also responsible for creating lesson plans, assessments, and grading assignments. This individual must also be able to evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback. This teacher should also act as a mentor and role model, guiding students as they navigate the challenges of adolescence. It is expected that this individual must stay current with the latest developments in the field of science and incorporate them into his or her teaching practice.
