QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in education or equivalent + highly-qualified certification in the State of Michigan Proven effectiveness as evidenced by data; experience with trauma-informed teaching strategies Outstanding organizational skills and strong attention to detail; excellent written/verbal communication skills Commitment to the belief that all students can learn and succeed Experience and demonstrated success in designing and delivering social skills lessons Possess the desire and willingness to develop own skill set Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain constructive group relationships. Will successfully pass a criminal background check & drug screen.
