Job Description
Missouri Military Academy is seeking a full-time Computer Science Instructor for the 2026-2027 Academic year. The ideal candidate is a licensed teacher with a degree in Computer Science and must have previous teaching experience in the subject area. Applicants must have a current understanding of best practice and pedagogy in teaching Computer Science to cadets at the middle and high school levels. A graduate degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred. Persons with expertise in multiple academic areas and/or coaching experience are highly desirable. A commitment to the academic and social/emotional growth of students is essential. Faculty members serve in a wide capacity across the campus including participating in student life activities, as well as academic advisors. Being able to work collaboratively with fellow faculty members and residential staff is critical for this position. Candidates should be realistic and excited about the challenges and rewards of teaching and working in an academically challenging college preparatory school environment.
