Wallace-Rose Hill High School seeks a dedicated High School Science Teacher committed to helping all students learn, grow, and succeed. The ideal candidate will create engaging, hands-on learning experiences while maintaining high expectations and a positive classroom environment.
Responsibilities include:
Plan and deliver standards-aligned science instruction.
Use student data to guide instruction and support student growth.
Maintain a positive, structured classroom environment.
Build strong relationships with students, Staffulty, and families.
Participate in PLCs, collaborative planning, and school initiatives.
Support a positive school culture and high expectations for all students.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Science, Science Education, or a related field.
Valid North Carolina teaching license or eligibility for licensure.
Strong classroom management and instructional skills.
Commitment to collaboration, professional growth, and student success.
