Code Ninjas Sensei - Coding Instructor & Youth Mentor Do you love working with kids, bringing energy to a room, and making learning fun? Code Ninjas is looking for enthusiastic, outgoing, and dependable Senseis to join our team. While an interest in coding, gaming, robotics, or technology is a plus, we are especially looking for people with the personality, patience, and passion to connect with kids and create an amazing experience every time they walk into our center. Our ideal Sensei is someone who enjoys being around kids, is comfortable starting conversations, can keep a group engaged, and wants to be part of a fun, energetic team. What You'll Do As a Code Ninjas Sensei, you'll help kids learn through coding, games, STEM activities, robotics, and hands-on projects while encouraging them to problem-solve, think creatively, and build confidence.

Work with kids individually and in small groups Help students through coding and STEM activities Encourage kids when they get stuck and celebrate their successes Create a fun, welcoming, and positive environment Participate in center events and community activities Help host birthday parties and special events Work during school-day-off camps, summer camps, and holiday programs Assist with robotics, Minecraft, Roblox, game design, AI, or other STEM activities Interact with parents and help make every family feel welcome Help keep the center organized, energetic, and engaging Who We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is: Outgoing, friendly, and comfortable engaging with kids Passionate about teaching, mentoring, or helping others learn Energetic and able to keep kids excited and involved Patient and encouraging when students need extra help Comfortable speaking in front of groups Willing to participate in birthday parties, camps, events, and special programs Dependable, responsible, and able to work as part of a team Comfortable communicating with both kids and parents Excited to learn new technology and STEM programs Experience Previous experience working with children is strongly preferred.

Tutoring Teaching Coaching Camp counseling Babysitting After-school programs Youth programs Robotics or STEM clubs Volunteering with children Birthday party or event hosting You do not need to be an expert programmer to be successful in this role. We provide training on our curriculum and programs. Experience or interest in any of the following is a plus: Coding or computer science Roblox Minecraft Robotics Scratch Python JavaScript Game development AI Engineering or STEM The Personality We Love Our strongest Senseis are not simply sitting behind a computer. Pay:
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 10.0 - 20.0 per week
