Core Responsibilities:
Teach transferable, entry-level Microbiology lectures and/or laboratories Develop syllabi and course materials as directed by the Lead Faculty Member and/or Lab Coordinator Evaluate student mastery of skills and competencies required by course outcomes. Required Qualifications for teaching Lectures MS in Biological Sciences or a closely related field from an accredited College or University. Experience teaching Microbiology Lectures. Ability to use educational technologies such as Learning Management Systems and PowerPoint. Ability and willingness to use email for official communications. Required Qualifications for teaching Labs BS in Biological Sciences or a closely related field from an accredited College or University. Experience teaching Microbiology labs or experience in a laboratory situation. Ability to use educational technologies such as Learning Management Systems and PowerPoint. Ability and willingness to use email for official communications. Starting Salary $925.00 per lecture credit hour. Credits will vary by semester. $57.81 Hourly for labs.
