High School Science and Math Teacher

Job Description Tyburn Academy, a Private Independent Catholic School located in Auburn, New York is looking to hire a qualified full-time Science and Math teacher for the 2026-27 school year. This teacher will be expected to plan, organize, and implement an appropriate instructional program for Math and Science courses. This candidate performs all duties and responsibilities in alignment with the mission, vision, and tenets of Tyburn Academy.

Compensation :

$35000

• 37000/annually (based on certification, and degrees) assistance with relocation assistance towards a Masters Degree upon completion of 1 year of teaching

Qualifications:

Required:

Minimum Bachelor's Degree Math, Science, or related field. 0-3 years of experience. Must provide a resume, 3 references, and a cover letter. Excellent classroom management skills or willingness to learn. Excellent pedagogical skills able to differentiate instruction or the willingness to learn. Proficiency in Google Drive is a plus. Fully committed, supportive and respectful of the mission, teachings, and tenets of the Roman Catholic Church is a must. Must have a professional demeanor.
