Manage classroom behavior proactively to create a positive learning environment conducive to academic growth. Assess student progress through formative and summative evaluations, including standardized testing preparation and tutoring sessions. Integrate IT tools and digital resources into lessons to facilitate interactive learning experiences. Collaborate with fellow teachers on curriculum implementation, instructional design, and assessment strategies to ensure consistency across grade levels. Provide academic advising and mentorship to support students' personal development and educational goals. Maintain accurate records of student performance, attendance, and behavioral observations in compliance with educational regulations. Engage in professional development opportunities related to classroom management, teaching science subjects such as biochemistry or microbiology, and research laboratory techniques. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff to foster a supportive educational community. Experience Proven experience teaching middle school mathematics or related STEM subjects in a classroom setting. Demonstrated ability to develop curriculum content that incorporates advanced topics like calculus, organic chemistry, genetics, molecular biology, microbiology, cell biology, and biochemistry. Strong classroom management skills with experience working with teenagers from diverse cultural backgrounds. Familiarity with educational technology tools such as learning management systems (LMS), interactive whiteboards, and digital assessment platforms. Experience working in private or Montessori school environments is advantageous. Background in scientific research or laboratory experience related to biology or chemistry enhances instructional delivery. Prior involvement in curriculum development, lesson planning, proofreading educational materials, and implementing IT-integrated lessons is highly desirable. Ability to adapt teaching methods based on individual student needs and learning styles while maintaining high standards of educational compliance and regulation understanding.
