ASTEC Charter Schools is a growing public school district, located in Oklahoma City who serves a highly diverse population. ASTEC is searching for a Middle School and High School Science Teacher to join our team. Become a part of a great team and an administration who values professional development. Must be professional, dedicated, have a good command of technology, be organized and willing to work with a team of faculty, administrators and our exceptional scholars. We are currently interviewing for the 2026-2027 school year to find the best candidates. Our teacher salary scale can be found by clicking the link below. New teachers work a total of 187 working days in a full contract and enjoy all of the holidays, breaks, and weekends that teachers are accustomed to. The ideal candidate will have classroom management experience, knowledge of all subject areas, and proven teaching skills. The right candidate will be able to manage students' behaviors and will be responsible for planning effective lessons and activities that meet state standards.
