Position Summary:
The Department of Physics at Duquesne University is seeking applications for an adjunct instructor position to teach in person a section of algebra-based general physics for undergraduate students with majors predominantly in the health and life sciences. Openings available for fall 2025 and beyond.Responsibilities:
- Teach one section of the course per semester in person.
- Develop and deliver engaging lectures.
- Assess student performance through assignments and exams.
- Maintain regular office hours and provide academic support to students.
- Collaborate with department faculty to ensure curriculum alignment.
