Job Description
A local private learning center is hiring a part-time Science Teacher for middle school students. In this role, you'll supports students with small-group instruction and mentorship around personal growth, financial literacy, civic engagement, and career readiness.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 1:30pmResponsibilities:
Teach math and science for middle school students Encourage growth in academic, social and life skills Develop and execute lesson plans Assess student progress Serve as a supportive mentor Support high school students in virtual learning programsQualifications:
Bachelor's degree Teaching or working experience in Mathematics/Science field Experience in lesson planning and curriculum development Strong communication and classroom management skills Ability to create an inclusive, compassionate learning environmentCompensation & Benefits:
