Rutherford County Schools - 3.9 Murfreesboro, TN Job Details Full-time 11 hours ago Qualifications Teaching Certification Working with students Subject-specific Teaching Certification Board Certified Behavior Analyst Full Job Description Chemistry Teacher Meet criteria for or hold a valid TN teaching license Endorsement codes: 016, 127, 212, 416 Strong content knowledge Flexible Team Player Must maintain regular attendance Must be able to interact with students Hiring Incentive for grades 6-12 math, English, ESL, chemistry, physics, world languages and special education (including social workers, school psychologists, speech language pathologists, BCBA with board certification)
Criteria:
1. A one-time signing bonus of $4,000; paid $2,000 in the fall and $2,000 in the spring 2. Teacher must hold a valid TN teaching license with appropriate endorsement in that subject area 3. Teacher must be new to Rutherford County Schools, if returning to RCS or an existing employee must not have taught in any of these hard to staff areas as designated in this plan 4. Signing bonus is contingent on final employment approval.
