Full Job Description Schedule:
Monday-Thursday July 27-30 12:30-4:30 pm Who we're looking for Evil Scientist Academy brings explosive, hands-on science to Utah kids. We run after-school classes where kids feel like real scientists. We need someone with genuine energy and love for kids — not someone going through the motions. We want the person who makes a kid run home to tell their parents what they did. Why you'll love this job $25/hr Earn $425 per week for a half-day camp week. Curriculum and materials provided No writing lessons — just master and deliver them 1 hr paid prep/week Dedicated time to review and get ready to teach What you'll do Lead after-school science classes for groups of up to 20 elementary-age students Review and prepare each lesson so you can deliver it with confidence and flair Run hands-on experiments in chemistry, electricity, magnets, and more Requirements Experience working with children (teaching, camps, coaching, or youth programs) Proven reliability Reliable personal vehicle and valid driver's license to drive to class locations Ability to lift and carry 30 lbs Pass a criminal background check Available Monday-Thursday, June through mid-
