Gonzaga University is searching for adjunct instructors to join the Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry for the upcoming semester. Teaching duties will include general chemistry lab(s). Ideal applicants will demonstrate a commitment to promoting inclusive and equity-minded learning environments and the potential for excellence in teaching undergraduates from a variety of backgrounds and identities, including those historically marginalized in the sciences (e.g., first-generation students, students from low-income families, students of color, LGBTQ+ students, students with disabilities). Teach general chemistry labs, following the lab syllabus, sequencing, structure, and guidance provided by the Department Chair- (Essential) Grade lab-related materials, attend weekly meetings with the General Chemistry team, submit grades in a timely manner

Minimum Qualifications:
- M.S. in chemistry, biochemistry, or closely related field
- Evidence of teaching effectiveness, including the ability to effectively respond to the academic needs of learners from diverse backgrounds.
