If you're passionate about helping kids build confidence, learn new skills, and have fun in a positive environment, we'd love to meet you. As a Gymnastics Instructor, you'll lead engaging, age-appropriate classes while teaching fundamental gymnastics skills in a safe and encouraging atmosphere. Whether you have previous coaching experience or a background working with children, we'll provide training to help you succeed. Responsibilities Lead fun, structured gymnastics classes for children of various ages and skill levels. Teach fundamental gymnastics skills, strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination. Create a positive, encouraging environment where every child can succeed. Ensure the safety of all participants by following gym policies and proper equipment procedures. Monitor each student's progress and provide positive, constructive feedback. Communicate professionally with parents regarding their child's development. Keep the gym clean, organized, and ready for classes. Assist with special events, showcases, camps, and other gym activities as needed. Qualifications Experience working with children is required. Gymnastics, cheer, dance, coaching, teaching, or athletic experience is preferred. Friendly, outgoing, and dependable personality. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate and encourage children while maintaining a safe, structured class. Must be able to demonstrate basic physical movements and actively participate during classes.
