Duties:

Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient workflow. Train and mentor new employees, fostering a collaborative team environment. Confidently educate, recommend, and install air filters, oil filters, and windshield wipers. Efficiently drain and replace oil in vehicles. Top off essential fluids, including brake, power steering, and windshield wiper. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for every customer. Act as a key holder, responsible for opening and closing the facility.

Requirements:

Ability to lead and work effectively in a team environment. Valid driver's license is required. Customer service experience is preferred. Basic technology skills (familiarity with service tools and equipment). Strong interpersonal skills for customer interactions. Reliable transportation is necessary. Must be at least 18 years old.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to reach, stoop, bend, squat, and stand for extended periods. Willingness to work in various weather conditions. Capability to reach overhead and work under vehicles in a semi-enclosed area.
