Company Overview Tee Box is an innovative, membership-based indoor golf player development facility that blends coaching, technology, fitness, and community. Our offerings include Trackman simulators, Sportsbox 3D motion analysis, TPI-certified movement screens, personalized Assessments, On Demand Coaching, a performance gym, club fittings and sales, and events/leagues. We are expanding nationwide and seeking dedicated, business-savvy Box Pros to lead member experience, deliver high-level coaching, and ensure operational excellence. Position Overview The Box Pro manages the day-to-day operations of a Tee Box facility, blending business management with player development. This role is equal parts coach, connector, and operator—responsible for memberships, Tee Box Assessments, golf instruction, club fitting, fitness integration, youth programming, and events.
