ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Open and / or close the golf in the morning and / or evening following the prescribed routine.
• Welcome golfers to the course
• Approach players in rule violation of dress code or regulations in a positive manner.
• Make reservations for players and confirm owner/guest status.
• Collect fees for play, and sale of balls and tees.
• Send players off at the designated starting times.
• Assist players with such things as misplaced clubs or a lost ball.
• Review unreturned golf cart passes and arrange for return.
• At end of shift, do the appropriate accounting of all cash.
• Send the cash and accounting data to the Association office as required.
• Tournament Operations.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma, or equivalent.
• PGA Associate Level 1 Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Must pay attention to detail Must be able to demonstrate team behavior and willing to promote a team-oriented environment Prior golf starter experience and knowledge.

Required Technical / Other Skills / Licenses Valid California Driver's License. Proficiency in MS Office, MS Word, Excel, and Outlook preferred

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time.
• Must be able to bend, stoop and lift, up to 40 pounds
• Ability to adapt to the outside conditions of wind, cold, and extreme heat SAFETY Incumbent is required to comply with established safe work practices and attend all safety-related training provided or made available by the

$18.00 per hour
