After-school programs, weekdays; seasonal and flexible opportunities available About TGA TGA provides fun, active, and engaging tennis and pickleball programs designed specifically for children. Our coaches create positive learning environments where elementary school students can develop athletic skills, confidence, teamwork, and a lifelong love of sports. Position Overview We are looking for an enthusiastic, dependable, and energetic TGA Tennis & Pickleball Coach/Instructor to lead sports programs for elementary school students. The ideal candidate enjoys working with children and can teach fundamental tennis and pickleball skills in a fun, safe, and encouraging environment. Responsibilities Lead tennis and pickleball classes, clinics, and after-school programs for elementary-aged children. Teach age-appropriate fundamentals, including strokes, footwork, coordination, rules, and game play. Create fun, engaging activities that keep students active and involved. Maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive environment. Encourage teamwork, sportsmanship, confidence, and personal growth. Manage groups of students while maintaining appropriate structure and discipline. Set up and break down equipment before and after each session. Communicate professionally with school staff, parents, and TGA program coordinators. Follow TGA safety procedures and program curriculum. What We Offer Flexible part-time schedule. Tennis, pickleball, physical education, coaching, or sports experience preferred. Strong communication and classroom-management skills. Energetic, patient, positive, and dependable personality. Comfortable leading groups of children in an outdoor or gym environment. Ability to demonstrate basic tennis and/or pickleball skills. Must be reliable and professional. CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.
