In this role, you will lead engaging martial arts classes focused on Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, a popular grappling-based martial art emphasizing leverage, technique, and strategy. You will inspire students of all ages and skill levels to develop their abilities, build confidence, and embrace a healthy, active lifestyle. Duties Lead structured Brazilian Jiu Jitsu classes tailored to various skill levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners Develop customized training plans that promote skill development, technique mastery, and physical fitness Demonstrate proper techniques and ensure students understand safety protocols during practice Foster a motivating and inclusive atmosphere that encourages teamwork, discipline, and respect Monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and celebrate achievements to boost confidence Maintain a safe training environment by enforcing rules and overseeing proper equipment use Communicate effectively with students and parents regarding class schedules, progress updates, and safety guidelines Experience Proven experience teaching Brazilian Jiu Jitsu or other martial arts at various skill levels Strong background in martial arts with certifications or belts recognized in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu or related disciplines Experience working with children and adolescents in a coaching or teaching capacity Knowledge of sports-specific training instruction and physical education best practices Familiarity with team leadership, behavior management, and fostering positive group dynamics Excellent communication skills for client engagement and team collaboration Join us to inspire the next generation of martial artists!
