We are seeking energetic, responsible, and caring Summer Trip Guides to lead and supervise off-site activities for a vibrant summer camp in Ojai, CA. Some trips are overnight, some are daytime only. This position runs from June 11, 2026- August 10, 2026 with a minimum of 5 days a week. Meals are included when working. People working full-time the entire season typically make $7000-$9000 for the summer. Responsibilities Lead and facilitate a variety of outdoor adventures including backpacking, bike riding, day hiking, beach days, plus overnights as needed. Maintain a safe environment by supervising children at all times Provide first aid when necessary, following safety protocols to address minor injuries or health concerns promptly. Skills All applicants MUST be able to pass a background check. Must have CPR and/or Wilderness First Aid certification or willingness to get certified prior to start date. Previous experience in the outdoors and experience working with children and young adults. Ability to drive work truck (training available). Enthusiasm for recreational activities that encourage teamwork and creativity Excellent communication skills for working with students and team members in a lively camp setting.

Pay:

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
