Plan and deliver training sessions, including sparring, poomsae, and preparation for belt grading requirements.- Evaluate athletes' technical execution, flexibility and tactical weaknesses to target growth areas.
- Participate in instructing specialized clinics to elevate martial arts skills and athlete performance.
- Motivate athletes for matches, tournaments and championship events.
- Coordinate athletes' competition and event calendars.
- Adjust training programs based on athlete needs and performance.
