About Us Cal Elite Kids is dedicated to nurturing the potential of every child through engaging and enriching educational experiences. Our team of professional educators, coaches, and instructors are passionate about fostering growth and creativity in a supportive environment.
Position Overview:
We are currently seeking an Aerial Arts and Circus Instructor to teach beginner, intermediate and advanced-level classes across all apparatuses, including aerial silks, hoop, and trapeze. The ideal candidate will be available Monday through Friday afternoons and evenings (until 8:30 PM) and Saturday through Sunday mornings and will play a key role in supporting our Academy classes and Seasonal shows .
Key Responsibilities:
Teach beginner through advanced aerial arts classes to children and teens Step into coverage (evenings) in the event of instructor leave Support academy level classes as needed based on enrollment Assist with choreography and coaching during show seasons Help foster a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment
Qualifications:
Prior aerial instruction experience required (intermediate/advanced level) Comfortable teaching across multiple apparatuses Strong classroom management and safety skills Experience working with children ages 4-17 Availability Monday-Friday evenings and Saturday-Sunday mornings is essential Team player with a proactive, flexible attitude
