As a Lead Instructor, you will: Work with site staff at our partner schools in the area Lead STEAM lessons for students in their classrooms using our proprietary curriculum Teach students in grades K-8th Demonstrated experience in music production, audio engineering, or music theory, with proficiency in standard Digital Audio Workstations including GarageBand, Logic, Pro Tools, or comparable About you This role is great for early-career educators and seasoned educators alike. Candidates for this position must possess the following qualifications: Available to start training immediately (paid), and to start instructing immediately Available to work from August 2026 and beyond Available Monday to Friday from 2pm - 345pm Experience teaching and managing large groups of youth in an academic setting Exceptional communication skills Access to reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Willing to go through our professional development training program A background in performing, composing, or mentoring youth in musical environments Compensation The hourly rate for this position is $25/hr depending on experience, with opportunities for pay raises based on performance and time with the company.
