Responsibilities :

Supervise and Teach - provide a safe, fun and exciting experience for our guests Ensure that all lessons are conducted to the relevant safety standards, including interpretive delivery, customer service, timeliness & safety. Responsible for all aspects the surf instruction, including but not limited to; gear loading and unloading, safe and proper surf operation, group safety and management, guest gear outfitting and cleaning, and more.

Qualifications :

At least two years of surfing/SUP experience preferred One year of previous surf instruction preferred This position has physical and skill requirements. Position may be full or part-time depending on seasonal needs.

Certifications :

All permitted San Diego Surf/SUP Instructors must have either American Red Cross "Lifeguarding", Water Safety Specialist Cert or the equivalent CPR and First Aid for the

Professional Rescuer Salary:

$13.00 to $15.00 /hour
