In this energetic role, you will lead engaging gymnastics classes, teach proper techniques, and foster a safe, motivating environment for students to achieve their personal best. Your enthusiasm and expertise will help cultivate a passion for physical activity while ensuring safety and fun are at the forefront of every session. Responsibilities Design and deliver engaging gymnastics lessons tailored to different age groups and skill levels. Demonstrate proper techniques for tumbling, balance, strength, flexibility, and coordination. Monitor participants closely to ensure safety protocols are followed during all activities. Provide constructive feedback to help students improve their skills and build confidence. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe training environment in compliance with health and safety standards. Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding student progress and behavior. Assist with event organization, competitions, or demonstrations to showcase student achievements. Requirements Previous experience working with children in sports or physical education settings is preffered, but we are wiling to train the right candidate. Strong knowledge of gymnastics techniques, safety standards, and injury prevention. Experience with sports coaching such as gymnastics, cheer, dance, yoga, or martial arts is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills to motivate students and collaborate with team members. Ability to manage behavior effectively and foster a positive learning environment. Demonstrated leadership skills through team coaching or sports team experience. Reliable and on time.
