Job Description

PlaySTRONG Studio is growing, and we're looking for an energetic, dependable, and positive Acro/Tumble Coach to join our team! Looking for experienced instructors for our acro classes for both AM and PM classes. Instructor must be 21 years or older and experience in acro, tumbling and partner exercises. Acrobatic Arts Certification preferred. Our ideal coach is someone who: Loves working with kids and creating a fun, encouraging environment Has experience with gymnastics, tumbling, acro, cheer, dance, or a related sport Can confidently teach and spot age-appropriate tumbling and acro skills Is energetic, patient, positive, and engaging Can keep classes organized, active, and FUN Is dependable, professional, and a team player Is comfortable working with a variety of ages and skill levels Wants to help students build confidence—not just skills!
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Teach recreational acro, tumbling, and movement-based classes Lead students through warm-ups, skill progressions, stations, and conditioning Safely spot students and provide appropriate skill instruction Help students work toward individual goals and new skills Create a positive environment where every student feels successful Assist with equipment setup, cleanup, and maintaining a safe gym space Communicate positively with students, families, and fellow coaches
SCHEDULE
Part-time | Primarily weekday afternoons/evenings with am opportunities Additional opportunities may include camps, open play, birthday parties, and special events.

$18.00 - $24.00 per hour

coaching: 1 year (Required)
License/Certification:
acro/tumbling certification (Preferred)
