Our instructors travel directly to families' pools, creating a convenient and personalized experience for every swimmer. We are growing our team and looking for responsible, energetic, and caring swim instructors who genuinely enjoy working with children. We provide training and support to help instructors learn and teach the Survival Swim method. What You'll Do Teach private one-on-one swim lessons to children Follow the Survival Swim teaching method and skill progression Build water confidence while prioritizing safety Create a positive, encouraging environment for each swimmer Communicate professionally with parents and families Track swimmer progress and follow assigned lesson plans Travel to clients' pools within your selected service area Qualifications Previous swim instruction or coaching experience preferred Strong swimming ability and comfort working in the water Experience working with children is a plus CPR certification Reliable transportation Responsible, dependable, and professional Patient, positive, and comfortable working one-on-one with children Willingness to complete Survival Swim training before teaching independently We are especially interested in instructors who have experience teaching swim lessons, lifeguarding, competitive swimming, coaching, or working with children.
