Job Overview Andrezza Façanha Brazilian Jiu-jitsu Academy is a welcoming a disciplined Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu academy focused on high-quality instruction, personal growth, and a strong team culture. We train students of all ages and experience levels, from beginners to competitors. Position Overview We are seeking a motivated Assistant Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Coach (Blue Belt or higher) to support our head instructors in delivering engaging, safe, and technically sound classes. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves teaching, leading by example, and growing within a respected academy. Duties Assist in teaching adult and/or kids BJJ classes Demonstrate techniques clearly and safely Help monitor students during drilling and live training Support beginner students with fundamentals and class structure Maintain a positive, respectful, and professional training environment Uphold academy rules, culture, and safety standards Occasionally assist with gym events, promotions, or competitions Experience Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Blue Belt or higher (required) Consistent training background in BJJ Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude Ability to work well with students of all skill levels Prior coaching or teaching experience is a plus (but not required) What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Free or discounted gym membership Opportunities for professional growth and advancement Supportive team environment Potential pathway to lead coaching role How to Apply Please submit your resume and a brief description of your BJJ experience and coaching background through Indeed.
