Professional Enrichment Staff (Part-time) Mentoring youth within Boys & Girls Clubs Programs/Activities At the heart of every Boys & Girls Club is a team of dedicated professionals who shape the lives of the youth we serve with care and purpose. We provide safe, fun, and inclusive environments where every child feels welcomed, supported, and inspired.

Responsibilities:

Work closely with members facilitating enrichment activities and assisting teaching staff during academic activities. Must be able to manage a group of approximately 20-25 kids at a time approximately 3 hours daily, up to 8 hours daily during summer program.

Required:

All employees are subject to pre-employment background checks including fingerprints and pre-employment drug testing. Must be available to work afterschool when IDEA School is in session for the day.
