Assistant General Manager Compensation Range:

$16 to $20 per hour Do kids look up to you like you're the latest superhero? Do parents see you as the ultimate sidekick in their child's development? KidStrong is on the hunt for a Lead Coach who can make our center buzz with energy and excitement! As our third key, you'll be the role model, the motivator, and the go-to hero for our students and their families.

Leadership Duties:

Slack Savvy:

Keep the team connected and in the loop. Channel your inner tech wizard

Scheduler Extraordinaire:

Assist in creating and communicating Coach schedules

Family Connector:

Keep families engaged and excited about KidStrong. Think of yourself as the social glue that keeps everyone together

Center Operations:

Acting GM/AGM:

Step up and lead the center when the GM and AGM are away

KPI Guru:

Understand what makes our center tick and help maximize performance

Event Enthusiast:

Assist in community events and center initiatives. Party planner meets motivational speaker

Clean & Green:

Participate in the upkeep and maintenance of our awesome center. Cleanliness is next to awesomeness We want to hear from people who have a:

Kids:

Non-negotiable. You must love working with children.

Coaching Background:

Experience with kids aged 2 - 11 years old. If you've coached a herd of cats, you're overqualified and also why did you do that?

Communication Whiz:

Comfortably speak to parents and guardians. Channel your inner motivational speaker

Energetic & Fun:

Bring high energy and a clear, engaging presence to every class

Mentorship Magic:

Be a mentor to other coaches, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

CPR Certified:

Or willingness to get certified, safety first!
