The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing a comprehensive program tailored to students of various ages, promoting discipline, respect, and physical fitness in alignment.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a detailed curriculum for our program. Conduct engaging and educational classes for students. Manage and schedule uniform and belt distributions, as well as awards ceremonies to celebrate student achievements. Organize and coordinate competitions and sparring days, ensuring a safe and competitive environment for all participants. Oversee the distribution of sparring gear and assist with gear purchases, ensuring all students are adequately equipped.
Qualifications:
Must possess a black belt in Martial Arts. Previous experience in teaching martial arts, preferably in a school setting. Strong organizational skills to effectively manage class schedules, events, and equipment distribution. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster a positive learning environment. Passionate about working with children and committed to student development and achievement.
