Responsibilities:

• Teach gymnastics classes to children of various ages and skill levels
• Develop and implement lesson plans that focus on skill progression and safety
• Provide a safe and positive learning environment for all participants
• Demonstrate proper techniques and spotting skills to ensure the safety of students
• Motivate and inspire students to reach their full potential in gymnastics
• Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding student progress and any concerns

Experience:

• Previous experience in gymnastics instruction or coaching is preferred
• Knowledge of gymnastics, dance, cheerleading, sports coaching, or physical education is a plus
• Experience in behavior management techniques when working with children

Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively manage a group of children and maintain discipline in a positive manner
• Patience and enthusiasm for working with children of all ages
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles
