Job Description

Do you have a passion for tumbling and love helping athletes grow in confidence and skill? Level Up Athletics is looking for a motivated, positive, and dependable Tumbling Instructor to join our team!
Responsibilities:
Teach beginner through advanced tumbling classes. Create a safe, fun, and encouraging learning environment. Help athletes develop proper technique, strength, and confidence. Provide positive feedback and motivate students to reach their goals. Maintain a clean and safe training area. Communicate professionally with athletes, parents, and staff.
Qualifications:
Previous tumbling, gymnastics, cheerleading, or coaching experience preferred. Strong knowledge of proper tumbling techniques and progressions. Reliable, punctual, and enthusiastic. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to work with athletes ages 3-18. Must be able to spot athletes safely and demonstrate skills when needed.
